Refund policy

At GOALDEN, we do not offer refunds or returns.

However, we allow exchanges under the conditions outlined below.


 

1. Exchange Policy

 


You may exchange your item with another within 7 days of delivery if ALL of the following apply:

 

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags are still attached

  • The packaging is intact

  • The item has no custom printing (name, number, patches)

 


 

2. Mystery Boxes

 


Items from Mystery Boxes can be exchanged, ONLY if:

 

  • The item is unused

  • The tags are still attached 

 


If the tags are removed or the item shows signs of use, it cannot be exchanged.


 

3. What You Can Exchange For

 


You may exchange for:

 

  • A different size, or

  • A different kit of equal or higher value

    (If higher value, the difference must be paid.)

 


 

4. Incorrect or Defective Items

 


If you received:

 

  • The wrong item,

  • The wrong size, or

  • A damaged item

 


Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

 


We will exchange it free of charge.


 

5. Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

 

 

  • Custom-printed kits

  • Items with removed tags

  • Items showing use or damage

  • Items exchanged after 7 days
